Please allow 3–5 business days for processing as we hand-press, quality check, and carefully package each order before it ships. Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 3–10 business days; however, delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS or any shipping carrier. Weather conditions, holidays, and carrier routing may cause delays that are outside of our control. Most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, but Twice the Charm Boutique is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your package is experiencing delays or delivery issues, your local post office is the best point of contact for the most accurate updates.
We do offer FREE shipping offered on all orders of $50 or more. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as we are not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable or returned packages will require a re-shipping fee. If the re-shipping fee is not paid within five business days, store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued instead.

Orders with shipping protection are eligible for replacement or store credit in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
