We do offer FREE shipping offered on all orders of $50 or more. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as we are not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable or returned packages will require a re-shipping fee. If the re-shipping fee is not paid within five business days, store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued instead.
Optional shipping protection is available at checkout and is highly recommended. Orders with shipping protection are eligible for replacement or store credit in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Orders placed without shipping protection must be handled directly through the shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable, weekend and holiday delivery is not offered, and processing times may be extended during major sales, promotions, or holidays. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
