View shipping rates at checkout. All items are made to order and lovingly handcrafted by our small, family-owned team in Virginia. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing as we hand-press, quality check, and carefully package each order before it ships. Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 3–10 business days; however, delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS or any shipping carrier. Weather conditions, holidays, and carrier routing may cause delays that are outside of our control. Most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, but Twice the Charm Boutique is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your package is experiencing delays or delivery issues, your local post office is the best point of contact for the most accurate updates.
We do offer FREE shipping offered on all orders of $50 or more. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as we are not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable or returned packages will require a re-shipping fee. If the re-shipping fee is not paid within five business days, store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued instead.
Optional shipping protection is available at checkout and is highly recommended. Orders with shipping protection are eligible for replacement or store credit in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Orders placed without shipping protection must be handled directly through the shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable, weekend and holiday delivery is not offered, and processing times may be extended during major sales, promotions, or holidays. If you need assistance, please contact us at contacttwicethecharm@gmail.com — we’re always happy to help.

💌 Return & Refund Policy
Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contacttwicethecharm@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at contacttwicethecharm@gmail.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
