Most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, but Twice the Charm Boutique is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We do offer FREE shipping offered on all orders of $50 or more. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as we are not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable or returned packages will require a re-shipping fee. If the re-shipping fee is not paid within five business days, store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued instead.
