Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 3–10 business days; however, delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS or any shipping carrier. Most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, but Twice the Charm Boutique is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We do offer FREE shipping offered on all orders of $50 or more. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as we are not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable or returned packages will require a re-shipping fee. If the re-shipping fee is not paid within five business days, store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued instead.
Optional shipping protection is available at checkout and is highly recommended. Orders with shipping protection are eligible for replacement or store credit in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Orders placed without shipping protection must be handled directly through the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
